What should I know when buying equipment?
There are two very important needs. One is to know your requirements (i.e.
number of colors, size of print, capabilities needed, etc.). The second is to
know your physical limitations and needs -- for example, how much 220 volt power
is available, how much space can be set aside for the equipment, and what kind
of access is there to the location?
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We do not offer a warranty. We DO offer a guarantee that equipment
purchased from us -- and if technicians referred by us are used -- will be in
good working order prior to the technician leaving the customer's facility.
What about freight?
We have many contacts within the freight industry and can provide some of the
lowest freight costs available for equipment.
Do you offer leasing?
We work with many leasing companies within the industry. We are able to find
leasing for almost every customer. Our leasing company rates are usually
industry-leading low rates. There are special packages for first-time business
owners.
What are your payment requirements?
Our policy is to receive full payment before shipping. That being said, we have
offered terms in the past on specific purchases in order to facilitate an
orderly purchasing process.
How do I know what I am getting?
We try to put everything in writing so there is no misunderstanding of what the
purchaser is actually buying.
How do I know who I am dealing with?
We will be glad to give a list of satisfied customers in the industry who will
vouch for our business practices.
Who is responsible for teardown of equipment?
Teardown is something that is handled on a deal-by-deal basis. Generally, it is
the responsibility of the purchaser.
